Gerasimos Danalis | The Language of Painting

The representations intend to stimulate the viewer to the painting language, which creates another image, the artistic image, highlighting the problems of everyday life. Without permanent style or technique Gerasimos Danalis seeks new ways of expression and believes that art is inexhaustible because it is powered from the past and present.

Gerasimos Danalis was born in Piraeus, Greece. He studied economics at the University of Piraeus. He took painting courses with Theodoros Pantos (1984-1988) and Art History courses with Manos Stefanidis. He is a registered artist in the Dictionary of Greek Artists by Melissa publications since 1993. He has had solo exhibitions and has participated in group exhibitions in Greece.
